A partnership agreement was inked on Wednesday between the Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) and Washington University. According to the new agreement, which was signed by president of JUST, Wajeh Oweis and Director of International Cooperation Program at the American University Robert Harder, a joint doctorate programs on water and environment will be set up, Petra reported.
