The Cleveland Rockers ended Orlando Miracle's 6-game winning streak, Wednesday in Cleveland when Merlakia Jones shot a 2-pointer with six-tenths of a second remaining in overtime and lifted the Rockers to a 74-72 victory.

"I just told my teammates I want the ball in my hand," Jones said according to ESPN. "If I miss it, it'll be on me."

The Miracle had a last chance to tie, but Adrienne Johnson's attempt at the buzzer hit the front of the rim as Orlando had its franchise-record six-game winning streak snapped.

"Merlakia Jones made one hell of a shot," ESPN quoted Orlando coach Carolyn Peck.

It was Cleveland's longest home winning streak since a club-record seven-game run in 1998 - (Agencies)
