Tokya hopes Tehran's nuclear dispute would be settled in the shortest possible time.
Japanese envoy to the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Yokiu Takasu said the ongoing disputes need cooperation from all.
He expressed hope that Iran will continue cooperation with the Agency, IRNA said.
The 35-nation IAEA Board has been examining Iran's case since Monday and there are unconfirmed reports that the Board sessions will be extended to the next few days due to a disagreement among the members, especially US and Europe, over working out a resolution presented to the Board.
