A delegation of the Joint European Affairs Committee of the Italian Parliament is to arrive in Cyprus on Tuesday for a three-day official visit to the island.
The delegation includes chairmen of the European Affairs Committees at the Senate and Chamber of Deputies, five senators and two deputies, according to CNA news agency.
An official statement said that the Italian delegation would be received by President of the Republic, Tassos Papadopoulos and would meet House President Demetris Christofias.
The Italian delegation is also expected to meet chairman of the House European Affairs, Nicos Cleanthous and members of the committee, as well as President of the Cyprus chamber of Commerce and Industry, Vassilis Rologis in the presence of members of the Cyprus-Italian Association of Business people.
