ALBAWABA - The Israeli army carried out an airstrike targeting a car on Wednesday morning, local media reported.
According to Lebanon state media, NNA, the car was moving on the highway south of Beirut when the attack took place.
The official Lebanese news agency indicated that the raid took place in the town of Jiyyeh, about 20 kilometers south of the capital.
However, it is still unknown who was targeted in the attack on Wednesday morning.
This comes amid the continuation of ceasefire violations carried out by the Israeli army and Hezbollah despite the United States-brokered truce agreed in April.
Israel’s air force says it has targeted more than 1,100 sites in Lebanon since the truce entered force.
