An Israeli Arab woman, a resident of the village of Baka al-Garbiyeh, was killed Friday when shots by Israeli troops were fired at the vehicle in which she was driving, near the West Bank town of Tulkarem.
The woman was critically injured in the back when shots were fired at her vehicle, which had Israeli license plates, near the village of Shuweikeh, north of Tulkarem. The woman had visited the village along with her mother and sister in order to fix her car.
A Palestinian taxi took her to an Israeli checkpoint at Baka al-Sharkiyeh, where a doctor declared her dead. (Albawaba.com)
