ALBAWABA - In the latest wave of aerial strikes, Israel launched more than 30 strikes on Beirut's southern suburb (Dahieh), with the Israeli war on Lebanon entering its 14th day.

The Total station on the airport road, a structure on Al-Barjawi Street in Ghobeiry, the neighborhoods of Al-Safayr and Burj Al-Barajneh, the American neighborhood, Choueifat, and the Laylaki surroundings of Al-Mrayjah, Haret Hreik were also targeted by the raids.

Alongside the devastating attacks, Israeli drones and warplanes were flying over Beirut, the country's capital, and its suburbs.

The American neighborhood was also a target of the attacks. On the airport road, a building holding a warehouse for medical supplies was targeted and a fire broke out in it loud sounds were heard owing to the presence of a large number of oxygen cylinders.

Along the former airport road, a petrol station was also attacked. Missile pieces also soared over the region around the suburbs.

On Saturday, the International Lebanese Medical Association issued an urgent plea to the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations to put an end to Israeli troops' "massacre" of Lebanon's healthcare system.

The official Lebanese news agency stated on Friday that the Marjayoun Governmental Hospital, Mays al-Jabal Governmental Hospital, and Salah Ghandoor Hospital were no longer operating as a result of Israeli assaults and threats.

The organization requested the WHO and the UN to act and allow medical teams to evacuate patients and medical professionals from the Salah Ghandoor hospital, highlighting the need to safeguard healthcare workers and infrastructure.
