An Israeli shell killed three Palestinian security officers and wounded four others on the Gaza Strip border late Wednesday, Palestinian officials said. Palestinian sources reported that the shell hit a position manned by members of the PA's national security service.
At around 11:00 P.M. local time, a group of Palestinians attempted to infiltrate Israel by crossing over the security fence which rings the Gaza Strip. According to Palestinian sources, once the group realized it had been spotted by occupation troops, it sought refuge in an area behind the PA security position.
The Israeli troops opened fire in the direction of the position, shelling the post occupied by PA policemen.
Meanwhile, on Thursday Israel reported that one woman suffered anxiety after a Qassam rocket landed at her house in southern Israel. One more Qassam rocket landed in an open field, Ynet reported.
