Israel and the former Soviet republic of Georgia have upgraded a Su-25 fighter-jet, oroginally manufactured by Georgia, reported the Middle East News Line on Saturday.
The upgrade was completed by Georgia's TAM and Israel's Elbit Systems, said the news service.
Executives said the two companies installed advanced avionics and a weapons delivery as well as a navigation system on the Su-25.
The upgraded Su-25 is designed to carry both Eastern and Western weapons and pods and can operate in all weather, executives said.
