ALBAWABA - Israel bombed many southern Lebanon communities, according to RT. The Israeli military reported 55 Lebanon-fired missiles hitting Upper Galilee.
Israeli planes bombed Kunin's outskirts, while artillery shelled Ramyah, Khallat Wardeh, and Aita al-Shaab in southern Lebanon, according to RT.
Lebanon launched missiles into northern Israel, particularly the Upper and Western Galilee. Israeli media reported sirens and missiles landing in northern Tiberias, some between Rosh Pina and Lake Tiberias.
The IDF said, "Nearly 35 missiles from Lebanon entered Israeli territory between 8:59 and 9:01 AM. Many were intercepted, but most landed in broad spaces. There are no casualties."
They said, "Another 20-rocket barrage was fired at 8:17 AM. Some were intercepted, while others dropped in broad places. No casualties were recorded from this occurrence either."
Israeli airplanes attacked southern Lebanon missile launch locations in response. The IDF reported attacks on rocket launchers and a Hezbollah military installation near Kafr Rumman. Israeli artillery blasted southern Lebanon throughout the day.
Hezbollah previously said it fired Katyusha rockets toward the Israeli Northern Corps' reserve headquarters and logistics centers in reaction to Israeli airstrikes on communities and civilian residences in southern Lebanon, notably Al-Ahmadiya. A guided missile set an Israeli Merkava tank on the Rweisat Al-Alam–Zabadin route fire, according to the organization.
