Iraqi President Saddam Hussein met Sunday with the secretaries of the Arab Baa'th Socialist Party in the al-Karkh branches in Baghdad.
The meeting was attended by Member of Iraq's Regional Command of the Arab Baa'th Socialist Party, Aziz Saleh Al-Noman and Director of Iraq's Secretariat Bureau, according to INA.
The Party officials, for their part, presented several indicators which confirmed the Party's positive image, including “optimism and hope for a bright future” for Iraq, built, according to them, by a “unique leader, (and the) Iraqi people's adherence to their leadership…” in confronting against the “evil aggressors”, INA said.
In addition, the meeting also reviewed the leader's directives to open Party headquarters for the people, aimed at listening to their problems and working to overcome them. (albawaba.com)
