Iraq’s Deputy Prime Minister Tariq Aziz has received a South African delegation, led by Chief of the South African-Iraqi Friendship Society, Stanley Migly.
Migly confirmed the solidarity of South Africans with the Iraqis, who are confronting US threats.
In addition, he said that the Society has contributed in various activities, which have affected the public opinion of South Africans in favor of Iraq, according to INA news agency.
Aziz, for his part, emphasized the Iraqis steadfastness in defending their territorial integrity and disclosing US false allegations, the agency added.
He expressed his appreciation for what has been done by the Society to promote bilateral relations between Iraq and South Africa. (Albawaba.com)
