Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshiar Zibari said on Friday that within the coming weeks the Iraqi embassies in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia would reopen. Zibari added, during a visit to Kuwait, that he discussed the issue with Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Shaikh Mohammed Al Sabah.
