Iranian leader calls to stand against ”bullying powers”

Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei on Tuesday said that a proper way to confront bullying powers is to stand against them, given that withdrawal will not thwart the insatiable appetite of hegemonic powers.

Ayatollah Khamenei referred to the weakening of world arrogance and strengthening of the independence seeking countries and said that even today, the world arrogance attempts to control the fate of other nations and countries by waging wars, sowing the seed of discord among world states, imposing economic sanctions against them, security measures as well as exerting political and propaganda pressures on them.

"However, it is witnessed that the resistance of world nations and independent countries can lead to constant failure of the world arrogance -- particularly the US -- in Iraq, Palestine, Lebanon, Afghanistan and other regions," added Iran's Supreme Leader.
