Iranian university students called on their country's leaders on Wednesday to resume energy production within the safeguard agreement of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on Wednesday.

The students, all of whom were from Iran's Mashhad University, formed a human chain around the Natanz nuclear facility, and condemned the recent decision of the IAEA last week to halt Iran's nuclear program.

Iran, France, Britain and Germany have been involved in talks regarding Iran's nuclear program and fears that such a program would be used to for military, rather than civilian energy needs, reported IRNA.
