Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hamid-Reza on Sunday rejected news that Tehran had received a plan from Moscow to enrich uranium in Russia. "Some propositions were put forward but we have received no concrete plan so far," he said, according to Irna. "It is clear that we have a positive view of any plan or proposal that recognizes Iran's (nuclear) rights and asserts its right to enrich (uranium) on its own soil."
"We will study all proposals that recognize our rights," reiterated the Iranian spokesman adding, "We are ready for talks." Asefi assessed as serious, transparent, and explicit the new round of nuclear talks held between Iran and the European Union trio -- Germany, France, and Britain -- last Wednesday in Vienna.
