Iran to participate in human rights conference in Yemen

Iran will attend the regional gathering on democracy and human rights, expected to open Sunday in Yemen.  

 

According to the Iranian embassy in Sana'a, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for education and research affairs Alireza Moayyeri arrived in Yemen Saturday leading a delegation for the two-day conference, IRNA news agency reported.  

 

More than 500 Islamic and Arab officials from 46 countries are taking part in the conference which is mutually held by Yemen and the European Union. (Albawaba.com)
