Government Spokesman Gholam-Hossein Elham on Tuesday expressed his hope that both Saddam and foreign troops will be eliminated from Iraqi people's life.

Speaking to domestic and foreign reporters in this week's press conference, he said that the just and legal verdict issued on the former Iraqi "dictator" and the other "criminals" will be executed to deprive dictators of the opportunity to commit further crimes.

Turning to Saddam Hussein as "anti-human", he said that he is a "criminal dictator" and that there is no doubt about it. "The question is what about supporters of Saddam's crimes? The foreign forces in Iraq still continuing the dictators' crimes should compensate for such criminal acts," said the spokesman.

Elham pointed to Saddam's death sentence and said that Iraqi people are making judgment on the issued verdict. He hoped that no pressure will be exerted against execution of the verdict.
