Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Hamid- Reza Asefi on Sunday expressed concern over Israel's "provocative acts" to saw seeds of discord and foment tension among Palestinian groups.
Asefi said such measures will only pave the way for further atrocities and crimes against the defenseless Palestinian people. According to IRNA, he condemned Israel's "recent crimes in the occupied territories," calling on the international community to take actions to prevent Israel's savage moves.
"Under present sensitive juncture it is necessary for Palestinian groups and personalities to maintain vigilance, solidarity and unity to foil the Zionist regime's conspiracies and protect achievements of Palestinian resistance," said Asefi.
