Iran and Azerbaijan on Wednesday stressed the importance of bolstering bilateral relations in all fields. Iran`s special envoy for Caspian Sea affairs, Mehdi Safari, in a meeting with Azerbaijan Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov, described bilateral relations as growing and constructive, <i>IRNA</I> reported.
He expressed hope that the implementation of the accords reached between the two nations during President Mohammad Khatami`s visit to Baku would further boost bilateral relations.
