The international Tennis Tournament, organized by the wilaya of the East, the Regional Center of Investment and the Delegation of the Cultural Affairs, is being held between Saturday March 19 and March 26 in the Tennis Club of Oujda. <i>Ajourd’hui Le Maroc</i> reports that 107 players coming from 36 different countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, Russia, France, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Algeria and Tunisia are participating in the event.
Mr. Saâdi, one of the organizers of the event, stressed that two inspectors of the International Federation of Tennis visited the Tennis Club of Oujda, and checked nets, lighting and the equipment, which are set according to international standards. “With this sports event, we will be host many international participants, who are the ambassadors of their country. In this sense it will be a great contribution not only for tennis but also for the promotion of tourism in this area” said Mr. Saâdi.
