The 14th Kharazmi International Festival, a gathering of investors, designers and researchers, opened in Tehran on Monday, reported Iran news agency (IRNA)
Inaugurated by President Mohammad Khatami, the festival is held annually under the auspices of Iran's
Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and the Scientific and Industrial Research Organization.
A total of 875 works in 12 different fields have been received by the festival's secretariat. Twenty-seven entries submitted by Iranians, 10 by foreigners and three by Iranian expatriates, according to IRNA -- Albawaba.com
