The European Investment Bank (EIB) continues to increase its cooperation with Morocco. According to EIB president, Philippe Maystadt, the bank aims at granting Rabat, in the form of loans, an overall of 200 million euros per annum. About ten days ago, the bank has also opened an office in Rabat, as yet another expression of the importance the bank sees in Morocco. This is the third office opened by the EIB in the partner Mediterranean countries, after Cairo and Tunis.
