Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC), owned equally by the six Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, has appointed international firm Hill & Knowlton as its public relations advisor.
The wide-ranging scope of work includes internal communications, public affairs, crisis management, media relations and online development.
