Gulf Craft Inc, the Middle East’s largest boat and yacht builder, has launched a dedicated mobile service team for its local and international clients to ensure their luxury yachts are always ready for action.
Comprised of more than 20 experts, the new service team provides professional advice and assistance along with maintenance and emergency repairs. Equipped with all the expertise and equipment needed to fix on-the-spot problems, Gulf Craft’s customers can continue to enjoy the open seas at all times.
“Gulf Craft vessels have an enviable reputation for reliability and with regular professional maintenance will rarely need emergency attention.”
“However, the main objective is to bring maintenance to the owner – instead of having to bring the boat to the workshop. This way, we cut down the length of time that a customer is without the use of the boat while providing an emergency service should the need ever arise,” said Harald Schlegel, International Sales and Marketing Manager.
Operating since the end of 2006 the new Mobile Service Team receives between 3 to 5 calls a day and covers both the UAE and GCC countries through dealers. In addition to maintenance and emergency repairs, the Mobile Service Team which is part of the Gulf Craft workshop, also offers warranty issue, refit and renovation along with additional work.
Celebrating 25 years of excellence in boat building industry this year, Gulf Craft prides itself on customer care. Innovative solutions such as the new Mobile Service Team, will further enhance the local company’s reputation within the yachting community.
