The Government of Dubai Land Department enters strategic partnership

The Government of Dubai Land Department has entered into a strategic partnership with strategic marketing and exhibition, a company known for organizing the International property show. This step which came after signing the partnership contract by Mr. Jumaa Bin Humaidan, assistant Director General of the Government of Dubai land dept., and Mr. Dawood Al Shezawi, strategic marketing manager and owner, will allow for a joint promotion of the real estate event held yearly in Dubai and which is considered one of the key events that promote developments and provides important networking opportunities for those in the industry.  .

The initiative has come as part of the Dubai land department’s interest in promoting efficient and significant local companies that would help enhance the real estate market potential in the region.

Sultan Butti Bin Mijrin, Director General of Dubai Land Department, said: “The department holds a very vital role in managing the real estate market in Dubai which is why becoming a strategic partner in the international property show will assist in reflecting the importance of the real estate industry in the local economy and its direct influence in the city’s direct GRP in light of the major real estate developments undergoing in the area. The Department exerts a lot of effort into creating a safe legal environment that is to promote trust in the market and will provide real statistics and information about transactions.
Our past experience when participating in the international property show has encouraged us towards entering into a strategic partnership with the event organizer on the regional level. We hope that this will be a very long and fruitful partnership that will extend many years ahead where we aim to reflect to the public our true interest in projecting the real estate’s market central role in Dubai by providing them with the latest property registration procedures that resulted of a dynamic and vibrant market. In addition, the Dubai land department will be holding an auction during the exhibition days after the success of its first auction in the same event last year”.
