Leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will hold a “consultation summit”in Manama on May 14, said a Bahraini official.
The official told ArabicNews.com that Bahrain’s emir, Sheikh Hamad al-Khalifa, held talks on Monday with GCC secretary general Jamil al-Hujeilan on preparations for this summit.
During the one-day meeting, GCC leaders will discuss the regional situation and cooperation among their states, said the official.
