Four Israeli soldiers were injured Thursday, two of them moderately, when a car driven by a Palestinian tried to run them down in the West Bank near a roadblock north of Jerusalem, the army said.
Other soldiers at the roadblock at Ar-Ram between Jerusalem and Ramallah opened fire and hit the fleeing car, the army said.
The army said it arrested the Palestinian attacker after he had sought treatment in a Palestinian ambulance.
Palestinian medical officials said the man had been lightly wounded in his hand -- JERUSALEM (AFP)
