The Israeli army said Thursday four soldiers were arrested in its investigation of Palestinian charges of looting and vandalism during the three-week military incursion in the West Bank.
An army statement said the four were accused of stealing or damaging Palestinian property.
Palestinians have reported personal possessions, office equipment and shop wares were stolen by troops in incidents that appeared to have nothing to do with the military aim to rout militants involved in deadly attacks against Israel. (Albawaba.com)
