Four Palestinians were wounded in the Gaza Strip on Monday when Palestinian security forces opened fire on them as they protested for higher wages and better work conditions.
The workers reportedly threw stones at the security forces, who then returned with fire.
In the West Bank, three Palestinians were arrested by Israeli troops in an overnight raid.
During the raid, Palestinians reportedly threw an explosive device at Israeli forces in the town of Nablus. No injuries were reported.
Elsewhere, in the West Bank town of Tul Karem, several Molotov cocktails were thrown by Palestinians at Israeli troops on their way to carry out a patrol east of the city on Monday.
Soldiers fired at a man who was reportedly about to throw an additional Molotov cocktail. He avoided the gunfire, and fled.
Three Egyptians were also arrested by Israeli security forces when they attempted to cross the Egyptian border into Israel, Israeli military sources reported.
