The Middle East’s first schooling portal was launched in Manama Sunday by a Bahraini firm, reported the Gulf Daily News.
The site, Schoolingmiddleeast.com, is being developed as a joint venture with Schoolingindia, the largest schooling portal in India, said the paper.
“It would provide information about more than 4,500 schools in 45 countries,” said sources.
The site will help CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) students from standard nine to 12 take mock exams and acquire instant results, which can be viewed in individual score, school level and all-India level.
This will help the students learn where they stand in national or international rankings.
CBSE students from standard 10 to 12 could also generate model question papers through the new site.
The site also provides useful information for parents on summer options to suit their children’s tastes and interests, said the sources – Albawaba.com
