A Sana'a high court adjourned for final hearing the trial of eight al-Qaeda suspects charged with conspiring to attack Western welfare
in Yemen.According o SABA, at a hearing held Monday, the court ordered the bail of one of the suspects because of his health condition.
The court listened to the arguments of the suspects, who told the court that the group's leader, the Iraqi Anwar al-Jilani had threatened to kill them if they wouldn't get along with his plans.
the suspects tried to plee for the court to let them go free, because they have sat in prison for a long period of time up to now.
