The Moroccan Minister of Culture, Mohamed Achaari, inaugurated on Thursday evening, at the royal theatre of the city of Marrakech the second edition of the Festival of Theatre of Marrakech.
The Festival, which will continue until July 24, was initiated by the regional office of the 'national union of the professionals of theatre', in collaboration with the Moroccan ministry of culture and the wilaya of the region of Marrakech-Tensift-Al Haouz.
<i>EMarrakech</i> reports that this edition of the festival will pay tribute to one of the greatest figures of Morocco's national theatre, the scenario writer and director Abdelaziz Ziadi.
