The city of Casablanca will hold its first "Festival of Casablanca" on July 16 to July 26. The huge event will include about 40 music concerts, nearly 60 film projections, numerous exhibitions, spectacles and street shows, and various interactive activities for children, young people and adults.
<i>EMarrakech</i> reports that the festival's organizers anticipate that several hundreds of thousands of visitors will attend the festival, and especially since most of its events are going to take place in open public spaces including the city's streets, squares and beaches.
