Inclement weather has triggered a delay on Day 2 of the ESPN X Games Dubai presented by Mountain Dew.  Action will resume at 12 noon tomorrow, Sunday, for the third and final day.  Mr. John Gassner, Senior Director for ESPN International said, “Safety for our athletes and fans is our number one concern.  With the conditions this wet, we’ve had to cancel today’s performances, but we look forward to an extended day tomorrow with an earlier start of 12 noon.”
The ESPN X Games Dubai will commence earlier than originally scheduled so that fans will not miss any of the exciting programme, weather permitting.  Moto X, BMX, Aggressive In-line skating and skateboarding are all set for display by twenty of the world’s most elite action sports athletes.
More than 7,800 enthusiasts braved high winds yesterday to witness a thrilling day one at Dubai Creek Park.  Fans are advised to check the ESPN X Games Dubai website, www.espnxgamesdubai.com for additional updates.
