A European Parliamentary delegation led by Sami Nair, member of the Parliament arrived Wednesday on a several day official visit to the Sultanate of Oman.
The European parliamentarians are expected to meet with Sheikh Abdullah bin Ali al-Qatabi, President of Majlis Al-Shura and other officials.
In addition, they will visit historical and tourist sites and landmarks of the modern renaissance, according to ONA.
The visit comes within the framework of bilateral cooperation between the Majlis and similar councils of friendly countries to familiarize themselves with various parliamentary experiments.
