European Union foreign policy chief Javier Solana arrived in Cairo Tuesday for talks with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and Iraq, the official MENA news agency reported.
Solana will meet Mubarak on Wednesday, according to Egyptian officials. The Egyptian capital is the last leg of a four-day tour that has taken him to Israel, the Palestinian territories and Jordan. (Albawaba.com)
