A statement released by the Amiri Diwan said in Doha on Sunday that Eritrean President Assiasse Afewerke would begin an official three-day visit to Qatar on Monday.
It said talks between leaders of both countries would focus on bilateral ties as well as regional and international issues, according to KUNA.
In addition, the discussions are expected to deal with the African horn, Palestinian and international developments.
The Eritrean President is to be accompanied in his third visit to Qatar by a high-ranking delegation comprised of a number of ministers including foreign affairs, finance, commerce, industry and investment. (Albawaba.com)
