As part of its commitment to serving the UAE community in a variety of ways, Emirates Islamic Bank recently hosted an employee blood drive on behalf of the Department of Blood Transfusion Services from the Ministry of Health at the Emirates Islamic Bank Head office. Dozens of bank employees gave blood each in the first of what is set to be a regular event at the bank.
“As an Islamic institution, serving our customers and the communities in which we operate across the UAE is a special responsibility that we meet through worry-free, transparent banking products and charitable activities, such as this blood drive,” said Emirates Islamic Bank CEO Ebrahim Fayez Al Shamsi.
