In the first round of the Dubai Open in Dubai on Monday Germany tennis player, Rainer Schuettler thrashed Morocco’s Younes El Aynaoui by two straight sets (6-0, 6-1). Because of injury, the 34 year old Moroccan played only five matches in 2004, and has not won a match since playing the Madrid Masters in October 2003, where he made a semi-final appearance.
In the peak of his career, El Aynaoui was ranked 18th in the world. El Aynaoui has one of the best forehands in the game especially on his favored hard courts.
