The Egyptian Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Ahmed Al Darsh, narrowly escaped death after his car collided with another at Port Said Square in the Cairo neighborhood of Al Maadi Friday, the daily Al Ahram said.
Security sources in Cairo said that the minister’s shoulder was injured in the accident and he was rushed to hospital.
The other car, which police said it caused the accident, was seized as the prosecutor general opened investigation -- Albawaba.com
