Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak held talks in Cairo on Wednesday with his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Museveni on the political situation in Africa, including Sudan, Egyptian presidential sources said.
Museveni, who arrived in Cairo earlier Wednesday, was to open a conference Wednesday with Egyptian Prime Minister Atef Ebeid on investing in Uganda.
During his three-day stay, he is scheduled to have talks with Egyptian officials on boosting cooperation between the two countries in various fields, the Egyptian news agency MENA said. (Albawaba.com)
