Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak is scheduled to visit Saudi Arabia on Tuesday for talks on the US standoff with Iraq and the situation in the Palestinian territories, a source close to the Egyptian leader's office said late last week.
Al-Ahram Al-Missai, in the meantime, said Mubarak's trip was in the framework of his "efforts to avert the dangers facing the Arab world, both from the Iraq crisis and the Palestinian question". (Albawaba.com)
