A new national television channel is entering the Moroccan audiovisual scenery. The new channel dubbed “The Fourth” started broadcasting earlier this week and has set for itself as its primary goal to be an educative channel, hence it is also called also “The Educative Channel”.
The announcement on the new channel and its goals were officially made by its director Maria Latifi in a press conference that took place late last month, at the Tour Hassan de Rabat Hotel. <i>Aujourd'hui</i> reports that the new channel is currently planned to broadcast a total of 58 hours weekly, with 45.7% of its programs being locally produced.
