e-TQM College, the pioneering e-learning institution specialized in offering Total Quality Management Education, recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dubai Quality Group (DQG) whereby DQG will use all reference books about Total Quality Management, published by the Arabisation and Publishing Center of the college, which will support the group’s vision of pursuing quality systems in the UAE.
As per the MoU, e-TQM College will provide DQG with copies of all management and quality related books published by the Arabisation and Publishing Center. The college will also jointly conduct evening seminars for DQG members and the business community, and offer discounts on all e-TQM College various programmes.
On the other hand, the College will become an affiliate member of the group which will allow the college to take part in the Dubai Quality Group seminars and conferences by displaying information about the college’s academic and professional programmes.
Abdul Qader Obaid Ali, Chairman, Dubai Quality Group, said, “Providing a basis for exchange of knowledge among the business community has been a key objective of Dubai Quality Group, and the use of quality management books published by e-TQM College will prove to be an added tool for DQG in achieving its goals. The books published by e-TQM College’s Arabisation and Publishing Center are regarded as the most comprehensive Arabic reference books on management and quality related topics, and this will enable us to further the adoption of quality principles both in the public and private sector.”
