Monthly statistics on traffic accidents for July indicated that a total of 46 people died in road accidents and 529 others sustained various injuries in Oman.
According to ONA, a total of 759 incidents were reported throughout the Sultanate, including 450 mishaps involving collision, 79 runover, 92 turnover and 138 accidents involving hitting a stationary object.
