In recognition of continuous commitment of more than 25 years of dedicated service, a total of 42 employees of Dubai Aluminium Company, DUBAL, one of the largest producers of premium quality aluminium in the world, were honored by HE Ahmed Humaid Al Tayer, Vice-Chairman, DUBAL and other senior management team at a gala celebration.
DUBAL board members, the senior management team attended the celebrations which were held on the 21st of November at Hayat Grand Hotel, Dubai, in honor of these 42 dedicated employees who have fulfilled an extraordinary 25 years of permanent service at the aluminium giant's sprawling complex.
Speaking on the occasion, HE Mr. Al Tayer paid tributes to the strategic planning of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, the UAE Minister for Finance and Industry, and Chairman of DUBAL, and said: “Without the guidance and support of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, we at DUBAL could not have achieved such an astounding business success. We thank the employees who played a key role in executing all the programs to ensure our success and to further raise the profile of the company in the international arena.”

During the event, certificates of appreciation and other valuable gifts were presented to these long-serving employees. Mr. Avinash Totade One of the 42 employees who have served more than 25 years gave a speech on behalf of his colleagues thanking the DUBAL management for organizing such an event in appreciation of their long lifetime of service and their support throughout all these years for the employees.
