Exotic food lovers are in for a treat as Malécon, Dubai’s most popular Cuban restaurant launches a new Ceviche menu prepared by award winning chef, Gustavo Agreda. According to owner of Malécon, Mark Turner, “The basic Ceviche dish consists of seafood marinated in citrus juices and other spices. Although centuries old and generally accepted as having originated in Peru, Ceviche is riding today’s wave of interest in Latin cuisine and is a hit with health conscious patrons who want to enjoy a meal without compromising on the taste of good food.”
