Doha plans to host the first donor conference for Bosnia and Herzegovina on May 15, an official at Qatar's foreign ministry said on Monday, quoted by Qatar News Agency (QNA).
In an address to the meeting of the organizing committee of the 9th Islamic conference held in Sarajevo, the ministry's undersecretary, Abdurahman al-Attiyah, said that the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) "has to make efforts for the welfare of the Bosnian people."
Qatar is the current president of the OIC - Albawaba.com
