Consulting Magazine's research compiled feedback about 32 consulting firms from more than 5,000 consultants. Firms were scored by their employees' responses to questions in six equally weighted categories: Leadership, Compensation and Benefits, Culture, On the Job, Work/Life Balance and Career Development.
"Our people reported that they appreciate the fact that they get to work directly with management teams at many of the leading companies in their respective industries," Font added.
